The Basic, a dependable fixed blade partially serrated knife, is wonderfully dexterous at just under 4 ounces.
The Basic has a full tang for strength and durability, clever tension-locking sheath, which opens easily with a thumb pressed against the sheath lip. Additionally, the sheath contains a pocket clip that can be reversed, making the Basic highly mobile for its owner. Clip the sheath to a belt, a pocket, a backpack, and move into the wilderness fully equipped to cut, slice, or sever, should the need arise.
Ergonomic TacHide coating, the handle of the Basic drop point knife ensures a comfortable, secure grip in all conditions. Jimping leading toward a deep choil in its lower edge as it curves into the hilt provides tactile, solid grooves. Extra tethering optional: tie down the knife using the built-in lanyard in the pommel.
